On March 6th, the EU External Action Service Civilian Operation Commander Kenneth Deane, awarded EUCAP Somalia staff “The Common Security and Defence Policy Service Medal”.
This is in recognition of having fully met the requirements of eligibility and having completed the necessary period of qualifying service as a member of EUCAP Somalia.
