EUCAP Somalia and EUTM Somalia have agreed on further strengthening their respective mutual support and coordination on the ground in Mogadishu, which will benefit both CSDP Missions in facilitating the implementation of their respective mandates in Somalia. This was formally endorsed by signing a revised Technical Arrangement between EUCAP Somalia and EUTM Somalia on October 15th.
